A straightforward explanation

Privacy, without the fine-print fog.

This policy explains what UIBLUEPRINT collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have when you visit our site or work with us.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

01

What we collect

We collect information in a few simple ways:

  • You give it to us: your name, email address, company details, project brief, and anything else you include when you contact us.
  • The site records it: browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, referring page, and basic interaction data. This helps us understand how the site is used.
  • Client work may include project data: research notes, feedback, requirements, designs, and other information you choose to share with us. We treat that information as confidential and use it to deliver the agreed work.
02

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver UX research and design services, communicate about a project, improve our website and content, understand which resources are useful, protect our systems, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use client materials to train public AI systems. We will not show client work, names, screenshots, or quotes as portfolio material without permission.

03

When information is shared

We share information only when it is needed to operate UIBLUEPRINT or complete the work you asked us to do. This can include trusted hosting, analytics, form-processing, email, security, and project software providers that process data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business change such as a merger or sale. We do not provide personal information to data brokers or advertisers for their own marketing.

04

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site may use essential browser storage to keep the experience working and to remember limited preferences. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and engagement in aggregate. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may work differently when essential storage is disabled. To limit Google Analytics across websites, you can use Google's available browser controls or your device's privacy settings.

05

Third-party links and services

Our research feed, jobs board, portfolio, and other pages may link to websites run by other organisations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply once you leave UIBLUEPRINT.

We may use services such as Google Analytics, hosting and infrastructure providers, PocketBase for contact submissions, and Jobicy or other content sources for linked listings. We aim to use reputable providers, but their own policies govern the information they process.

06

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Analytics information is kept according to the settings of the analytics service. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where practical.

07

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards for the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive information through a contact form.

08

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction or objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To make a request, email us from the address associated with your enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before completing it. You can also opt out of non-essential analytics by blocking cookies or changing your browser privacy settings.

09

Children

UIBLUEPRINT is a professional consultancy and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

10

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The latest version will always appear on this page, with the update date shown at the top. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to draw attention to it.

Questions or requests?

We keep privacy conversations human. Contact us if you want to understand, update, or remove information connected with you or your project.
